During the two days intensive you will have an overview of the method of Sharat Arora. We will explore standing postures, torsions, forwards bending, back bending, fundamental inversions as well as restorative postures. We will practice meditative yoga, focusing on our body experience and sensations. For this we will use props.
Saturday from 9.00 to 12.00 am: Introductory class
Saturday from 4 to 6 pm: Deepening of certain postures and introduction of restorative and relaxing postures.
Sunday from 9.00 to 12.00 am: Deepening and new postures.
Sunday from 4 to 6 pm: Slow and meditative postures, relaxation postures and meditation.
